Enriching shampoo Nature’s Gate Biotin + Bamboo. IHerb
Hello, my Sweeties!
Today I have for you an interesting overview of the vegan shampoo with a pleasant ingredients. It’s about the shampoo with biotin by Nature’s Gate. This shampoo is in the top-10 ranking IHerb and I know why. Lets consider it more detail.
One remark about the bottle, it was not very convenient. The reason for this was the very tight opening cap cover. If I wore a long manicure that would have left without it . With a normal manicure it’s also not very pleasant to open the bottle and therefore the lifetime of the bottle stood on the shelf with the lid ajar. But I hope it’s just my luck. This bottle for my opinion need a pump dispenser, because it’s big. And that is all cons .
Ingredients refers to the pros. See for yourself: Water, cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine, sodium cocoyl isethionate, disodium cocoamphodiacetate, lauryl glucoside, glycerin, biotin, panthenol, simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil, borago officinalis (borage) seed oil, tocopherol, ascorbic acid, geranium maculatum (geranium) extract, olea europaea (olive) leaf extract, viola tricolor (pansy) extract, bambusa vulgaris (bamboo) leaf/stem extract, niacin, sodium PCA, sodium lactate, cysteine, arginine, serine, threonine, aspartic acid, ascorbyl palmitate, PCA, glycine, alanine, valine, isoleucine, proline, histidine, phenylalanine, polysorbate 20, leuconostoc/radish root ferment filtrate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glyceryl undecylenate, sodium hydroxide, phenoxyethanol, citric acid, fragrance (parfum)*.
Cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine – one of the safest surfactant, is a fatty acid of coconut oil.
Sodium cocoyl isethionate – good foaming agent with a soft effect.
Disodium cocoamphodiacetate – soft security amphoteric surfactant. It is not irritating eyes and used in children’s cosmetics.
Lauryl glucoside – safe surfactants with mild action, it is used in children’s cosmetics and personal hygiene.
From useful – biotin, jojoba oil, borage oil, vitamin E, extracts of geranium, olive leaves, pansies, bamboo. As the preservative the manufacturer used phenoxyethanol, I believe it is a good option. Made in the USA. Not tested on animals.
Shampoo has medium density and a yellow color. Foams well and foam on the hair like whipped cream. Fragrance is mint and not intense. With the active massage of scalp while washing I can feel a little chill of peppermint. Washed off easily and leaves hair more tangled. So balm or conditioner after shampooing is required. It is’t cons because for me this is normal shampoos property within acceptable standards (of course nobody likes hemp and bast ).
Shampoo washes hair well with the first try. But I must say that I wash them every day. On the oiliness of hair it has not affected in any way. Shampoo has a volume of 532 ml and for my family it was enough for a long time. Hair have became stronger and even making a “tail”, I feel in the hands a nice volume. Hair shine bright, but I still think that it is due to conditioner, which I will review later. My hair is greasy at the roots and dry at the tips, so I can conclude that the shampoo will suit the same hair type and for the normal type of hair.
- not tested on animals
- parabens and contains no surfactant hard
- good foam
- nice mint fragrant
- big volume
- makes hair stronger
- inconvenient cover
Definitely I can say that Nature’s Gate Shampoo deserves attention. And I want to tell you about one of my discovery. For many years I have bought in the IHerb store , but only now I have found one convenience on the website. In the search box I enter an ingredient (eg a safe SAW) and site filters all the cosmetics with it. This is useful when searching for products with something specific in the ingredients. It seems an obvious thing, I did not guess before. Maybe for someone this information will be useful too.
That’s all, my Berries! Be full of joy and peace! And let all your wishes come true!
